The app is designed to keep your data with you. Almost everything stays on your device or in your own Google Drive, so you can delete it yourself at any time. The one small piece held on our side is an anonymous device record used to enforce the purchase device limit — instructions for removing that are below too.
1. Reports on your device
Your reports — property details, photos, and annotations — are stored on your device.
- Open the app and go to My Reports.
- Delete any report you no longer want.
- To remove everything at once, uninstall the app, or clear its storage in your phone's Settings → Apps → Report Anything Anywhere Anytime → Storage → Clear storage.
2. Backups in your Google Drive
If you turned on cloud backup or sync, your reports are stored in your own Google Drive (in the app's private folder) — never on our servers.
- In the app, open ☁️ Backup and tap Disconnect Google Drive.
- To delete the stored backups, go to your Google account: Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps, find this app, and choose Delete hidden app data.
- You can also revoke the app's access entirely at your Google account permissions.
3. Device records held for the device limit
To limit a purchase to a set number of devices, we store an anonymous, randomly generated device ID and the purchase token on our server. This is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information.
- In the app, open ☁️ Backup / the device screen and use Remove device to delete a device's record.
- To have all such records deleted, email us at support@simsop.dev from your device and we will remove them.
