Report Anything Anywhere Anytime · Last updated: August 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Report Anything Anywhere Anytime (the "App") handles information in connection with your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
This Policy applies to the App and its optional features (Google Drive backup and purchase verification, described below). It does not apply to third-party services you may access through the App, such as Google Drive, the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy.
We do not operate any server that stores your report content, and we do not collect personal information for our own use. In particular:
All content you create in the App — property details, photos, and annotations — is stored locally on your device, in the App's private storage area, for as long as the App remains installed with its data intact.
If you uninstall the App, or clear its storage through your device settings, that data is permanently deleted from your device. If you have not enabled Google Drive backup, we hold no copy of it and cannot recover it. Depending on your device and its settings, its operating system's own general backup features may incidentally include the App's local data; this is standard device-level behavior outside the App and is not something the App itself controls or guarantees.
We recommend exporting a report (as a PDF, or as a photo download) once it is complete, so that you retain a copy independent of the App.
If you enable this feature in Settings, the App signs you into your Google account through Google's own sign-in flow and stores your reports — property details, captions, and photos — in a hidden, app-private folder within your own Google Drive. The App requests only the narrowest available Drive permission (the "appdata" scope), which allows it to see only the files it created itself, and never the rest of your Drive. This data resides in your Google account and is governed by Google's own privacy policy; we do not receive, view, or retain a copy of it. You may disconnect this feature at any time from the App's Backup settings. Instructions for deleting backed-up files are available on our Data Deletion page.
If you purchase the App's paid tier, we limit the number of devices a single purchase may be active on. To enforce this limit, the App transmits an anonymously generated device identifier and your store purchase token (an opaque token issued by Google Play or the App Store — not your name or email address) to our server. No other personal information is collected or transmitted for this feature. Device records are retained only for as long as the device or purchase remains active, which is the period required to enforce the limit. See our Data Deletion page for how to request removal of these records at any time.
The App requests access to your device camera and/or photo library solely to allow you to capture or select photos for inclusion in your reports. Photos you add are processed and stored on your device, and, only if you enable it, in your own Google Drive as described in Section 4.
We do not have visibility into your report content at any stage — while it is being created, or when it is exported or shared. When you choose to export or share a report (for example, generating a PDF, or sending a zip of photos), the resulting file is transferred directly, on your device, to the destination you select, such as your device's Files app, email, or another app's share sheet. That transfer is initiated by you and directed by you; we have no visibility into, or control over, it.
The App is intended for adult and professional use — for example, by property agents, contractors, landlords, tenants, and similar users documenting a site or property. It is not directed at, designed for, or marketed to children, and we do not knowingly permit children to use it or knowingly collect personal information from children. For the age thresholds and protections applicable in your jurisdiction, see the FTC's Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) guidance and Google Play's Families Policy. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@simsop.dev and we will delete it.
Because your report content is stored on your device (and, optionally, in your own Google Drive) rather than on our servers, you retain direct control over it at all times — you may access, export, or delete it through the App itself or your device's settings. For the limited information we do hold (the device identifier and purchase token described in Section 5), you may request access to or deletion of that information at any time via our Data Deletion page or by contacting us using the details in Section 11.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we do, the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
If you have questions about this Policy, or requests relating to your personal data, please contact us at support@simsop.dev. See also our Terms of Service, which govern acceptable use of the App and our liability.
