Terms of Service

Report Anything Anywhere Anytime · Last updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Report Anything Anywhere Anytime (the "App"), provided by Simsop Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

The App is a photo-based reporting tool that allows you to capture, annotate, and organize photos into a PDF report — for property condition, servicing, inspection, or any other purpose you define. It is a general-purpose utility: we have no visibility into, and no control over, the reports you create or how you use them.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

The App is intended for adult and professional use and is not directed at children (see our Privacy Policy). By using the App, you represent that you are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the App:

3. Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for the reports, photos, and other content you create using the App ("User Content"), and for ensuring that your use of the App and your User Content comply with Section 2 and all applicable law. We do not monitor, review, or have access to User Content (see our Privacy Policy), and we do not control, and are not responsible for, how any user creates, uses, or relies on it. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of your use of the App or your User Content, as set out further in Section 9.

4. Accounts and Third-Party Services

No account is required to use the App's core features. If you connect Google Drive for backup, or make a purchase for the paid tier, those features are additionally governed by Google's, Apple's, or the relevant store's own terms.

5. Single-User Design; Multi-User and Shared-Account Use

The App is designed for use by a single person across their own devices — for example, starting a report on your phone and continuing it on your tablet. Every sync and backup feature is built around this single-user model.

If you connect a single account (such as a Google Drive account used for backup or sync) and share it among multiple people or devices, you do so entirely at your own risk and outside the App's intended design. Every device connected to a shared account can view, edit, and delete every report and backup associated with that account — the App has no mechanism to separate or restrict access between different people sharing one account.

If two or more people edit the same report at or around the same time — including when working on different photos, rooms, or sections of that one report — the App has no mechanism to merge those changes. Whichever device's version is saved or synced last will completely replace the report. Any other person's changes not included in that version are permanently lost, with no warning, no conflict notice, and no way to recover them through the App.

If multiple people share a single account but each work on separate, different reports, the risk of one person's work overwriting another's is substantially reduced, since each report is stored and synced independently. This does not remove the risk described above: every person connected to that shared account can still view, edit, and delete every report on it, including reports created by someone else.

Assumption of Risk. Regardless of how you choose to use the App — as intended by a single person, or by choice shared among multiple people or devices — you use the App entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any resulting loss, corruption, or overwriting of your data. We are not liable for any such loss, however it arises from your choice of how to use the App.

You must always keep your own independent backup of anything you cannot afford to lose — for example, exporting or saving generated PDFs and report files outside the App. This is your responsibility regardless of whether you use the App as intended by one person or choose to share an account among several; the App's sync and backup features are a convenience, not a substitute for keeping your own copy.

6. Intellectual Property

As between you and us, you retain all rights to the User Content you create with the App. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App itself, including its software, design, and branding, except for any third-party or open-source components, which remain governed by their own license terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. You use the App, and rely on any report it generates, at your own risk and discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App — including any reliance placed on a report generated with it, or any dispute (for example, between a landlord and tenant, or any other parties) in connection with which a report is used. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App, and uninstall it, at any time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the App, including features that rely on our servers (such as the device-limit check described in our Privacy Policy), at any time. Because your reports are stored locally on your device (and, if enabled, in your own Google Drive), termination or discontinuation of the App does not affect your ability to access content already saved there.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
