CLOUD SYNC
Snap photos, mark them up with arrows and notes, and generate a clean PDF report in one tap — with automatic backup and synchronization across all your devices via your own Google Drive.
Every feature is designed around one job: document a space with photos, fast, and hand over a clean report.
Keep your reports safely backed up and synchronized across your phone and tablet. Restore your entire database or switch devices in one tap.
Start from ready-made templates for Property Condition, Moving House, Air Con, Electrical, or Plumbing — or customize room names and layouts on the fly.
Arrows, boxes, circles, freehand notes, and text labels — point out exactly what matters, and adjust annotations any time before finalizing.
Generate a paginated, professional PDF whenever you're ready. Choose 1, 2, 4, or 6 photos per page depending on how much detail is needed.
Switch between jobs or properties, pick up right where you left off, and keep every inspection organized separately.
Reports live on your device and work fully offline. When sync is active, data goes exclusively to your own Google Drive — never through third-party servers.
Label your report a Tenancy Handover, an Air-Con Service log, or a Defect Snag list — exactly formatted with your inspector name and date.
Three steps, start to finish.
Walk through a property or job site, adding photos organized room by room or by work area.
Highlight defects or notes with arrows and text callouts, with brief remarks under each photo.
Generate a PDF in one tap to share with clients, backed up automatically to your Google Drive.
Everything you add — property details, photos, and annotations — is stored on your device and works fully offline. Cloud backup connects directly to your own Google Drive account. Your client reports and property photos are never sent to or stored on our servers.
Property agents documenting move-in and move-out condition. Contractors and tradespeople recording work completed or issues found. Electricians, surveyors, and technicians producing inspection records. Anyone who needs fast, organized, photo-backed reporting without juggling multiple apps.
Report AAA Pro is currently in testing ahead of launch with cloud backup support.
